A PUSY cosmetics brand is looking for an HR Business Partner.
A beauty brand for cosmetics and personal care:
- A leader in the beauty category on leading marketplaces and in major federal retail chains. Presented in the markets of Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, China, and actively developing its presence in the CIS countries and the UAE.

Responsibilities:
- Building effective communication with top management and department heads (marketing, sales, production, logistics).
- Developing onboarding, performance appraisal, retention, and professional development processes – optimizing processes and supporting the team during periods of active business growth.
- Developing the brand's internal corporate culture, conducting pulse surveys, measuring eNPS, and implementing engagement improvement programs.
- Forming job profiles, monitoring the recruitment funnel.
- Staff recruitment.
- Working with metrics (turnover, cost per hire, training ROI), preparing regular reports and analytical insights for the business.
- KPI development.
- Budget formation.
- Control of personnel expenses (plan/actual).
- Approval of vacancies for recruitment, changes to the staffing table.
Requirements:
- Experience: from 3–5 years as an HRBP or HR Generalist, strictly in FMCG, E-commerce, Retail, or Beauty industries.
- Business acumen: ability to speak the language of numbers, understanding of key business processes of trading and manufacturing companies.
- Experience in T&D and C&B: practical experience in developing motivation systems, grading, KPIs, as well as personnel training programs.
- Strong facilitation and conflict mediation skills, high level of emotional intelligence, and the ability to defend one's position to the business with arguments.
- Readiness to work at a high pace in a rapidly growing brand and respond promptly to changes.
