The HR department team of the perfumery and cosmetics supermarket Zolotoye Yabloko is looking for an HR BP to effectively address the needs of a rapidly growing company and improve HR business processes along with a team of 150 people in Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, UAE, and Qatar.
The new colleague is expected to be enthusiastic, a team player, and eager to develop.
What needs to be done:
- Help managers implement changes in the HR block and identify weak points after implementation for improvement
- Control the execution of the payroll budget, personnel expenses
- Participate in the development and motivation of employees
- Form a talent pool for managerial positions
- Initiate projects that will increase employee loyalty
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR BP or C&B
- Experience in the retail sector
- Love for people and a desire to help them
- Understanding of current market trends
- High communication and organizational skills
- Positive thinking, friendliness, engagement, dynamism
