Senior HR BP for Retail at Perfume and Cosmetics Supermarket Zolotoye Yabloko
Perfume and cosmetics supermarket Zolotoye Yabloko is looking for a Senior HR BP for Retail to effectively meet the needs of a rapidly growing company and improve HR business processes with a team of 150 people in Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, UAE, and Qatar.
The team expects enthusiasm, teamwork skills, and a desire to develop from the new colleague.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure business performance indicators (revenue, service, productivity) through HR tools for top management and managers.
- Calculate staffing needs and organize the full employee lifecycle.
- Plan and control payroll and expenses, optimize costs without compromising operational needs.
- Implement shift management, scheduling, KPI dashboards, and tasks to increase productivity.
- Manage contractors (recruitment, SLA control), favorable tariffs, accounting automation, and digital KPIs to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Develop and implement a tangible and intangible system for key retail roles.
- Form a talent pool for management positions.
- Organize end-to-end HR processes for the full employee lifecycle: from onboarding to retention.
- Initiate and implement projects to increase employee loyalty and engagement.
- Track turnover, productivity, costs, engagement, schedule adherence; prepare reports and corrective actions.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR BP or C&B specialist.
- Experience in the retail sector.
- Love for people and a desire to help them.
- Understanding of current market trends.
- High communication and organizational skills.
- Positive mindset, friendliness, engagement, dynamism.
