AlfaStrakhovanie-Life is looking for a Head of Personnel Administration Department.

Your responsibilities will include organizing and managing full-cycle personnel record keeping, taking into account the specifics of the financial sector and NPFs. As well as:
- Ensuring compliance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, developing and updating local normative acts, policies, and internal company regulations;
- Controlling the accuracy of personnel documentation, its processing and storage, and archive management;
- Preparing and submitting mandatory reports to state authorities (Pension Fund of Russia, Social Insurance Fund, Rosstat, etc.);
- Interacting with state bodies and external organizations on issues of personnel accounting and labor legislation;
- Organizing and controlling military registration of employees;
- Consulting managers and employees on issues of labor legislation and personnel administration;
- Forming and providing regular reports on the department's activities to the company's management;
- Managing the personnel administration department: forming a team, assigning tasks and monitoring their execution, training, motivation, and controlling employee performance;
- Participating in projects for automation and digitalization of HR processes;
- Analyzing and optimizing personnel administration processes, implementing best practices.

- Higher education;
- Work experience in a similar position for at least 5 years;
- Solid knowledge of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
- Knowledge of reporting procedures to state authorities;
- Knowledge of personnel record keeping, document flow, and electronic document management (EDM).
- Experience in team management and participation in project activities.
- As an advantage: knowledge of the Russian Federation Law "On the Organization of Insurance Business in the Russian Federation" and the Federal Law "On Non-state Pension Funds";
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment and make quick decisions.
