Head of HR Record Keeping Team at Motorika, a Robotic Prosthetics Developer
Robotic prosthetics developer Motorika invites a Head of HR Record Keeping Team to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing and coordinating HR record keeping operations
- Independently managing the full cycle of HR record keeping in a medical company with 200 employees
- Quality control of HR accounting in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and local regulations
- Monitoring timely and correct data entry in 1C ZUP, KEDO, and other HR systems
- Controlling the timely signing of documents: orders, regulations, policies, job descriptions, etc.
- Organizing and controlling HR reporting: EFS-1, EFS-2, military registration reports, disability reports, reports for the Employment Center, etc.
- Monitoring military registration and the storage of related documents
- Participating in the automation of HR processes and preparing technical specifications for the development of 1C ZUP and KEDO
- Monitoring changes in labor legislation and implementing changes into company processes
- Consulting employees and managers on labor law issues
- Participating in audits of HR documents and processes
- Distributing workload within the team, onboarding and developing employees
- Substituting for HR record keeping specialists when necessary
Candidate Expectations:
- Experience managing HR record keeping in a company with 500+ employees
- Practical experience in HR record keeping for multiple legal entities
- Experience preparing and submitting HR reports
- Proficient use of 1C ZUP, EDO, and HR systems
- Experience in automating and optimizing HR processes, undergoing checks, and audits
- Attention to detail, systematic approach, high level of responsibility
Deep knowledge of:
- Labor Code of the Russian Federation
- Military registration
- Personal data protection legislation
Will be a plus:
- Experience in building or transforming HR processes
- Experience working in fast-growing companies or groups of companies
Conditions:
- Comfortable office in Skolkovo (moving to an office near Tekstilshchiki metro station in the autumn)
- 5/2 work schedule, 8 hours/day, from 9 AM to 6 PM (hybrid after the initial adaptation period)
