The IT company group FIX is looking for a Head of HR Administration who will take full ownership of HR administration as a business function and develop it according to the company's growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a department of 4 people and ensure the full cycle of personnel documentation for a group of companies with over 500 employees;
- Build effective HR processes and control the quality of documentation;
- Handle non-standard hiring, transfer, and termination tasks, as well as advise managers and employees on labor law issues;
- Conduct audits and maintain up-to-date local regulations and staffing tables in accordance with the actual business structure;
- Lead automation projects in 1C in collaboration with the IT team;
- Manage the process within the electronic HR document management system (HR Link);
- Prepare regular reports on turnover, personnel movement, etc.;
- Calculate optimal team workload and manage the department's payroll budget;
- Interact with HR BPs and business units as an expert service unit.
We are looking for a specialist who:
- Has a relevant higher education (preferably law);
- Has at least 2 years of experience as Head of HR Department in companies with 300 to 1000 employees, performing similar tasks;
- Is an advanced user of 1C 8.3 and MS Excel (can work with large datasets and complex formulas);
- Has an excellent knowledge of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (ТК РФ) and all HR processes;
- Has experience in developing complex and non-standard requests in the field of personnel administration;
- Can work in a flexible, results-oriented culture, not a bureaucratic one;
- Is friendly, communicative, and strives to make processes convenient for people;
- Can take responsibility for their area and articulate their position persuasively;
- Will be a plus: you have successful experience undergoing labor inspectorate audits and automating HR document flow in a company.
