Yandex is looking for an HR Budgeting Team Lead.
You will work in the Search and AI business group and build effective processes to support the business in HR budgeting.
What your tasks will be:
- Managing the HR budget: Formulate the personnel budget, monitor its execution, conduct plan-fact analysis, and prepare cost optimization proposals.
- Team and process management: Coordinate team work, allocate priorities, improve process quality, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Developing HR analytics and reporting: Build a system of metrics, analyze headcount, payroll, and key HR indicators to help the business make data-driven decisions.
- Partnering with the business and key stakeholders: Advise managers on budget matters, defend proposals, and help find balanced solutions for the business and employees.
Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in C&B and/or HR budgeting.
- Ability to structure information and explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- A bright leader with developed cross-functional communication skills.
- Experience leading a team and building effective processes.
- Strong in HR analytics and able to turn data into management decisions.
- Ability to interact with the business, justify decisions, and influence stakeholders.
