Key responsibilities:

• Managing the HR administration team: tasks, development, SLA
• Full cycle of HR administration: hiring, transfers, dismissals, leaves, business trips, sick leaves
• Handling civil law contracts
• Electronic document flow: development and scaling
• Military registration, maintaining electronic personnel files
• Reporting: SFR, FNS, Rosstat
• Process automation

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience managing HR administration
• Expert knowledge of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and the Civil Code of the Russian Federation regarding civil law contracts
• 1C:ZUP 8.3
• Experience implementing electronic document flow
• Higher education
