Head of Remuneration Department at Alfa-Bank
Alfa-Bank is looking for a Head of Remuneration Department.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance the Performance Management methodology and variable remuneration systems;
- Design remuneration programs: KPIs, scorecards, calculation and calibration methodologies;
- Analyze the effectiveness of existing motivation systems and prepare proposals for their improvement;
- Prepare regular analytics on KPIs, bonuses, and employee performance;
- Participate in the automation of HR processes: formulate business requirements, write technical specifications, test solutions (SAP and similar);
- Conduct market research and user experience studies, implement acquired improvements;
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and HR BPs on motivation and performance issues;
- Manage a team: assign tasks, develop employees, monitor results.
Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in C&B, including team management;
- Expertise in developing and implementing variable remuneration and Performance Management systems;
- Experience in automating HR processes (SAP / SuccessFactors / similar);
- Experience working with stakeholders (business, HR BP), strong communication and influence skills;
- Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (TK RF);
- Strong analytical skills (Excel), experience with KPIs and remuneration systems;
- Business process formalization skills (BPMN — as a plus);
- Understanding of the relationship between remuneration and business results.
