The Compensation Expertise Center team is responsible for developing methodology and managing projects in the field of Labor Compensation. It covers all compensation products and closely interacts with analytics and automation teams.
Description
Managing projects related to cyclical compensation processes and projects for implementing methodological changes in compensation
Responsibilities
- Analysis of current practices and processes, identification of bottlenecks and development points
- Elaboration of requests for changes in compensation policies and practices
- Development of methodological changes in processes related to employee compensation and formulation of change proposals
- Modeling the impact on the compensation budget considering proposed changes in compensation policies and practices, and their approval
- Building processes, creating knowledge bases and tools for the implemented changes
- Organizing automation of the introduced changes
- Developing, approving, and monitoring project timelines
- Organizing communication and training on all changes and cyclical processes, preparing communication materials for different target audiences
- Summarizing cyclical projects, their analysis and communication
- Organizing feedback collection upon completion of processes and implementation of changes in compensation products
Requirements
- Higher education (economics/finance/labor economics)
- Successful experience in independent project management
- Excellent knowledge of labor legislation regarding labor compensation
- Work experience in compensation / employee remuneration for at least 5 years, specifically managing large cyclical processes
- Understanding of compensation management principles
- Customer-centric orientation and excellent argumentation and persuasion skills, skills in developing communication campaigns and presentation materials
- Excellent understanding of market trends
- Mastery of Excel & PowerPoint
