The Arsenal machine-building plant requires a Deputy Director of Human Resources.
MZ Arsenal is an enterprise with a full production cycle: from preparatory to machining and assembly production, which allows it to occupy a significant place in the Russian market in the field of development and production of spacecraft, modern technical equipment for ships and ship equipment.
Your tasks:
- Development of the design bureau's HR strategy in accordance with production plans;
- Organization of recruitment: blue-collar and engineering and technical personnel (designers, technologists, draftsmen) within the required deadlines, including interaction with specialized universities and vocational schools — targeted recruitment, internships, traineeships;
- Implementation of adaptation and mentoring programs, reduction of staff turnover in critical positions;
- Organization of the personnel training system, preparation of personnel reserve;
- Formation and control of HR budgets, cost optimization;
- Development of a new organizational structure, staffing table, workforce management, development and implementation of a motivating remuneration system, formation of payroll, KPIs, norm-hours;
- Management of personnel record keeping;
- Development of corporate culture and internal communications, work with employer brand;
- Building proper communication between departments within the organization;
- Building and optimizing HR processes, including automation, digitalization of processes.
What we expect from you:
- Higher education in a relevant specialty;
- At least 3 years of experience in a management position in HR management at production sites;
- Excellent knowledge of labor law and personnel record keeping;
- Deep knowledge of HR management theory and practice, and their assessment methods;
- Experience in developing employee training, motivation, and development systems;
- Successful cases of reducing turnover and filling vacancies;
- Experience in implementing business process automation;
- Strategic thinking, developed leadership and communication skills, systematic approach.
Work schedule: 5/2, working hours from 08:20 to 17:10 (until 16:10 on Fridays).
