Hi! We are the Tutu team. For over 20 years, we've been inspiring new trips, helping people easily plan their travels and book everything they need — from tickets to hotels.
We are looking for a middle HR Business Partner for our HR business support team to work with the IT (data & analytics), marketing, and back-office (lawyers, strategy, and finance) departments.
Headcount: 200–250 people
The future colleague will help the company achieve business goals by working with teams: translating business needs, identifying problem areas, and proposing solutions.
Responsibilities
– Partner with the business: understand and communicate the company strategy, implement and support solutions that help achieve goals
– Partner with managers on employee-related issues (performance review, hiring needs, dismissals, development)
– Help managers work with team efficiency and well-being: onboarding new employees, motivation, engagement, retention, structural and personnel changes
– Participate in developing managers' leadership skills: setting up 1-on-1s, providing constructive feedback, assigning tasks to the team
– Support organizational changes and complex management decisions: help assess consequences, manage resistance, and maintain team performance
– Work with HR analytics: identify patterns and problem areas in data, formulate hypotheses, and propose solutions to the business based on them
We expect
– At least 2 years of experience as an HRBP
– Experience in solving complex HR tasks: organizational changes, motivation and retention, changes in terms and compensation, dismissals, managing resistance
– Ability to work with managers in a partner capacity: identify the real need behind an initial request, ask the right questions, and propose solutions considering the interests of both the business and the team
– Systematic and analytical thinking: ability to decompose an unstructured task, work with data, find cause-and-effect relationships, and formulate hypotheses
– Independence and a research-oriented approach: willingness to understand and seek information and expertise within the company, bring tasks to completion, and propose initiatives for process improvement
