The online ticket sales service Tutu.ru is looking for an HR Business Partner for teams in IT (data & analytics), marketing, and back office (lawyers, strategy, and finance).
HQ: 200–250 people. The future colleague will help the company achieve its business goals through teamwork: translate business needs, identify problem areas, and propose solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Be a business partner: understand and translate the company strategy, implement and support solutions that help achieve goals.
- Be a partner to managers on employee-related issues (performance review, hiring needs, terminations, development).
- Help managers work with team efficiency and state: onboarding new hires, motivation, engagement, retention, structural and personnel changes.
- Participate in developing managers' leadership skills: build 1-on-1s, provide developmental feedback, set team tasks.
- Support organizational changes and complex management decisions: help assess consequences, work with resistance, and maintain team performance.
- Work with HR analytics: identify patterns and problem areas in data, formulate hypotheses, and propose solutions to the business based on them.
