HR Business Partner at Rosatom Construction Technologies
Rosatom Construction Technologies is seeking an HR Business Partner.
What tasks will need to be addressed:
- Diagnostics of the organizational structure of departments, work with the functional model and distribution of powers to increase efficiency
- Analysis of personnel needs for new and current construction projects
- Recruitment organization (control of recruitment funnel, cost of acquisition, and vacancy closing times), onboarding of new employees
- Support for the goal setting and performance appraisal process
- Monitoring of key HR metrics, preparation of quarterly and annual HR reporting for the direction, development of preventive measures based on the obtained data
- Organization of employee training, including for certification
- Work with the succession plan (managers and key specialists)
- Development of retention programs for key specialists
- Resolution of labor disputes, consulting managers on the application of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation
Candidate expectations:
- Higher education (economics, management, human resources management)
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or Project HR Director in industrial construction, oil and gas sector, energy, or large EPC companies
- Proven experience in organizing direct hiring by own forces at construction sites
- Deep knowledge of the specifics, legislation, and practical application of the rotational work method. Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and its practical application
- Understanding of occupational health and safety, industrial and environmental safety principles at construction sites
- Ability to speak the language of numbers and deadlines with the business
- Ability to find common ground with both top management and managers at construction sites and workers
