The engineering and production holding company Avanti is looking for an HR Director to become a business partner and help elevate the HR function to a new level.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the HR function of the group of companies;
- Form a strong and effective HR team;
- Improve the system of recruitment, onboarding, and retention of personnel;
- Work with managers at all levels and develop the management environment;
- Participate in organizational changes and business scaling;
- Develop the system of motivation, performance evaluation, and HR analytics;
- Form unified standards of interaction and corporate culture;
- Build HR processes that help the business achieve its goals.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has at least 5 years of experience as an HR Director or Head of HR Function;
- Has worked in a manufacturing, engineering, or technology company;
- Has experience interacting with engineering teams, technical specialists, and R&D;
- Has managed an HR team and built HR processes during the company's growth period;
- Is able to deeply immerse in the specifics of the business and departments;
- Understands that HR is not just about people, but also about business results;
- Is ready to work in a dynamic environment and take responsibility for changes.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in instrument engineering, industrial automation, radio electronics;
- Experience in companies with 500+ employees;
