Pharmaceutical company PeptidPro is looking for an HR Director.
Since 2016, PeptidPro has been engaged in the creation, improvement, and market launch of highly effective innovative medicines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full HR cycle with independent involvement in tasks across all centers of expertise.
- Build an effective recruitment system (from line staff to managers).
- Optimize the recruitment process, ensuring its efficiency with minimal costs.
- Independently conduct searches for key positions.
- Implement the employee adaptation and retention process.
- Oversee personnel record keeping, interaction with military enlistment offices and employment centers.
- Organize and maintain internal communication activities (communication sessions, engagement surveys, etc.).
- Develop and maintain HR analytics for data-driven decision-making.
- Strengthen the company's HR brand in the labor market.
Requirements:
- Higher education. Medical/pharmaceutical/human resources management is an additional advantage.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical business is considered a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of the specifics of working with field staff at all levels. Experience in building an HR cycle for the sales department is mandatory.
- Deep expertise in recruiting personnel at various levels.
- Knowledge and experience in applying new practices and tools in personnel recruitment (from line to executive level).
- Expert knowledge of labor legislation. Practical experience in personnel record keeping in companies operating in the regions of the Russian Federation. Experience with complex dismissals.
- Experience working directly with business owners.
