C&B Director for Sunlight Jewelry Chain
The Sunlight jewelry chain is looking for a C&B Director to build and lead the entire compensation and motivation architecture from scratch. This is a unique opportunity to influence business results and the quality of life for a large team, seeing the direct impact of your strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Create from scratch: develop and implement methodologies for compensation, benefits, and motivation programs for the retail chain and office teams.
- Manage the budget wisely: form and control the payroll fund, optimize personnel costs without losing effectiveness, by analyzing program ROI.
- Implement best practices: handle grading, structuring salary ranges, developing benefits programs (social package, voluntary medical insurance, wellness), and non-material motivation.
- Be a strategic partner: prepare analytics and insights for management (HR, Finance, Top Management), substantiating your decisions with data.
- Scale and improve: adapt systems for a rapidly growing retail business, monitor compliance, and continuously improve employee satisfaction.
Candidate Expectations:
- Proven experience in building/significantly reorganizing a C&B system from scratch in a large company (3000+ employees).
- Understanding of retail or HoReCa specifics (cyclicality, large staff, regional network) is a key advantage.
- Think like an architect and analyst: capable of creating a long-term strategy and supporting it with numbers; Excel/Google Sheets are your stronghold.
- Speak the language of business and know how to convey the value of HR solutions to the finance department and executives.
