A beer producer Bočkarev Breweries is looking for a C&B Partner.
If you are ready to:
- Formulate the budget and forecasts of personnel costs – with details by departments, positions, accounts, and cost centers
- Prepare economic calculations and business cases necessary for managerial decision-making
- Perform plan-fact analysis of personnel expenses – with varying degrees of detail
- Prepare analytical reports and presentations
- Calculate KPI bonuses
- Participate in the development of internal regulatory documents (ЛНА)
- Participate in salary reviews, market data analysis
- Participate in the automation of HR processes
And you have:
- Higher education (economics, finance, technical specialties will be a priority)
- Relevant work experience of 2-3 years or more
- Advanced Excel user skills
- Strong analytical abilities and the ability to work with large volumes of information
- Ability to work in multitasking mode
- Practical experience in budgeting and preparing business cases
- Client-oriented approach, ability to build constructive dialogues with stakeholders
- Experience in supporting grading and independent development of internal regulatory documents (ЛНА) will be a plus
- Experience with HR systems (1C, Boss Kadrovik, SAP, etc.) will be an advantage
