What you will do:

Update the current budgeting model for the payroll of the retail chain
Generate payroll reports (plan-fact analysis, forecast preparation)
Prepare store staffing schedules
Prepare payroll analytics (by reasons for deviations from the plan, by components, by positions, by current requests, etc. by department)
Update existing payroll calculation models and develop new ones based on business tasks and requests

What is important for us:

Higher education (preferably in mathematics/economics)
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position/function
Experience in payroll analytics in a retail chain will be an advantage
Proficiency in MS Excel (intermediate-advanced level, skills in building complex calculations, multi-level formulas, function combinations, pivot tables of complex structure with calculated fields setup), with Business Intelligence systems (Tableau)
Skills in creating presentations in MS Power Point
Knowledge of labor law basics
Knowledge of payroll system principles
Skills in developing payroll calculation models
