Responsibilities: — Participate in the HR function automation project based on WebSoft HCM (WebTutor) — Understand automated processes functionally and technically (without reading code) — Collect, process, and analyze HR data, prepare conclusions and suggestions — Identify systemic errors in data sources and propose fixes — Conduct functional testing — Formulate a registry of developments with the project team — Describe and model business processes (interviews, diagrams in Visio) — Visualize data, build dashboards — Ensure the quality management system complies with external regulatory requirements

What you should have: — Experience in HR analytics and HR process automation — Experience in HR process analysis — Experience in writing functional and technical requirements, interacting with business stakeholders and developers — Systemic and analytical thinking — Proficient Excel (pivot tables, databases, formulas, macros are a plus) — Basic understanding of report building principles (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Power Query, etc.)
