HR analytics, automation, and development of digital HR processes.

Main tasks: • Analysis of HR metrics and preparation of reports. • Creation of dashboards and data-based recommendations. • Automation of HR processes and work with AI. • Work with HR systems and employee data. • Participation in HR projects.

We are looking for you if: • You have experience in HR analytics or a related analytical role. • You are proficient in Excel and Power BI. • You know SAP SuccessFactors, 1C, Oracle HCM, or similar. • You are systematic, independent, and attentive to detail.
