Mandatory
Practical experience with Websoft HCM implementation;
Collection, analysis, and formalization of functional and system requirements;
Experience in translating agreed business processes into system solutions based on Websoft HCM;
Preparation of functional specifications, Statement of Work (SOW), and tasks for developers;
Design of processes, roles, routes, and system objects;
Support of development, testing, acceptance, and defect correction.
Desirable
Experience working in Websoft HCM with processes for training, onboarding and mentorship, assessment, competency management, talent pool, individual development plans (IDP) and career tracks.
