What you’ll be doing

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Prepare specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution descriptions.
• Create process, system, data flow, and integration diagrams.
• Work with clients, developers, and QA throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support requirements clarification, testing, and acceptance.

What we expect

• Commercial experience as a System/Business Analyst.
• Understanding of requirements lifecycle and SDLC.
• Knowledge of UML/BPMN; basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and databases.
• Ability to create clear and structured technical documentation.
• English B2–C1; other conversational foreign languages are a plus.
