The tour booking service Sputnik8 is looking for an HR BP.
Sputnik8 is an accredited IT company developing a service for booking tours worldwide. They help travelers find and book experiences in 100+ countries: from classic city tours to unique local experiences.
They are currently looking for an HR BP to join the team, who will directly influence the development of HR processes, propose and implement their own ideas.
What you will do:
- Manage and improve the onboarding process for new employees
- Focus on development: assist in creating Individual Development Plans (IDP) and participate in developing employee competency matrices
- Conduct Performance Reviews
- Build trusting relationships with leads, assist in decision-making
- Monitor team well-being: conduct one-on-one meetings, gather feedback
- Conduct research and surveys within the company, process data, and make decisions based on it
- Work on improving the company's HR processes using various metrics, implement best practices
What we expect from the candidate:
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR BP in the IT or related IT field
- Readiness to own HR processes
- Ability to find an individual approach to each employee
- Systemic thinking and ability to make decisions based on analytics
- Willingness to propose new ideas and bring them to implementation
