HR Business Partner for a division of Eksmo Publishing House
We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will become a true partner to the business: not just closing HR tasks, but influencing how the team of a division of one of the country's largest publishing houses grows and develops.
Responsibilities:
- Support the division in all HR areas: headcount planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, retention, and employee development
- Independently manage the full recruitment cycle and close vacancies within the division
- Create and implement material and non-material motivation systems together with the business
- Develop systems for employee assessment, training, and development
- Form a talent pool and build work with talents
- Launch projects to increase team engagement
- Maintain a healthy team atmosphere and strengthen corporate culture
- Work with the budget: payroll and personnel costs
- Prepare analytics and reporting on HR metrics
We value if you have:
- Higher education
- Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years
- Knowledge of labor law
- Confident proficiency in 1C
- Ability to independently organize processes and focus on results
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Business ethics, positive thinking, and attentiveness
