Responsibilities:
- Form and develop the company's team: from line staff to department heads
- Build a system for recruitment, onboarding, and retention of employees
- Personally close key vacancies and attract strong specialists from the market
- Develop and implement the company's organizational structure
- Create and improve KPI systems, motivation, and personnel performance evaluation
- Conduct team audits, identify growth areas, and make staffing decisions
- Automate HR processes and implement modern personnel management tools
- Develop corporate culture, internal communications, and the company's HR brand
- Implement regular management tools and monitor the achievement of key performance indicators
- Act as a strategic partner to the owner on human capital management issues
Ideal Candidate:
- Has successful experience as HRD / Head of Human Resources for 5+ years
- Can build HR systems from scratch or conduct a deep transformation of existing processes
- Possesses strong expertise in personnel recruitment, assessment, and development
- Can develop KPIs, motivation systems, and organizational structures
- Knows modern personnel assessment tools (Assessment Center, 360°, Performance Review, etc.)
- Has a high level of management maturity, systemic thinking, and result orientation
