Cosmetics brand MAREE is looking for an HR Director Deputy for Recruitment.
Key Competencies and Areas of Responsibility:
Executive Search & Direct Sourcing:
- Full cycle of closing c-level vacancies. Deep dive into the business context to assess candidates' leadership qualities and cultural fit. As well as candidate approval for junior and middle levels (assessment of soft skills, etc.).
International HR Cycle Management, Process Automation:
- Control and optimization of all employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, performance management, offboarding). Building and automating transparent and predictable processes that allow the business to scale without loss of quality.
HR Analytics:
- Collection, verification, and in-depth analysis of HR metrics. Preparation of dashboards and regular reports for HRD and CEO. Identifying growth points for efficiency based on data, not intuition.
We are ready to offer work in other HR blocks if you are motivated. For example: HR brand, Talent Management, internal communications, etc.
Profile of a Successful Candidate:
- Experience: from 3 years in HR, with mandatory successful experience in closing Head and C-level positions (Executive Search).
- Specialization: deep understanding of the specifics of e-commerce, digital environment, and technology companies.
- Experience with international recruitment (European and US markets) is your №1 competitive advantage. Experience recruiting Amazon employees is №0.
- Language: fluent English (C1 and above) as a working language for correspondence and interviews with some candidates (we hire experts for projects).
- Tools: confident knowledge of HR metrics, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, experience with HRIS and ATS systems.
Leadership Qualities:
- Proactivity and self-management: ability to work in a multitasking mode and high uncertainty in a fully remote environment.
- Emotional intelligence: ability to build equal dialogue with employees of any level - from interns to top management, maintaining a balance between supporting people and achieving business goals.
- Strategic thinking: ability to see the big picture of the business, not just perform service support functions.
