An international fintech company in the field of payment and crypto solutions. The project is in a stage of active growth and scaling.
About the role:
We are looking for a strong HR Director / HR Generalist who will be the sole HR in the company and will be responsible for building the entire HR function from scratch. This is a role for someone who knows how to work in a startup environment, take full responsibility, and simultaneously manage several areas.
Responsibilities:
- Formation and implementation of HR strategy in accordance with the company's growth stage.
- Building HR processes in teams of 30-40 people.
- Supporting scaling and simultaneous management of 2–3 startup projects.
- Independent recruitment of specialists (technical and business roles).
- Working with recruitment agencies: setting tasks, quality control, candidate assessment.
- Building an effective hiring and onboarding process.
- Organizing the full onboarding cycle.
- Control of personnel administration.
- Supporting employees on all HR issues.
- Formation of corporate culture and internal communications.
- Interaction with founders and heads of departments.
- Supporting teams in conditions of growth and change.
- Formation of a system for employee motivation and retention.
Requirements:
- EXPERIENCE IN PAYMENT COMPANIES IS STRICTLY MANDATORY! (Payment industry, Payment companies, Payments, PSP)
- Experience in startups and teams of 30-40 people.
- Experience working as an HR generalist with full responsibility.
- Practical experience in independent recruitment.
- Experience working with recruitment agencies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong independence and systematic approach.
- Russian — fluent.
- English — fluent (mandatory).
