Financial company Bankirro is looking for an HR Director.
BANKIRRO is one of the leading companies in the BFL market. For over 9 years, they have been helping clients legally get rid of their debts. The company is among the TOP-3 in Moscow, and has 300 wonderful employees.
They are currently looking for a strategist and architect of HR systems — an HR Director who will build modern HR processes for the team and become a driver of efficiency on the path to new business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- HR Analytics and Digitalization: Implementing a system of metrics and digitalizing processes (recruitment, onboarding, appraisal, training)
- Talent Management: Creating a predictive analytics system for performance management and risk prevention (turnover, skill gaps)
- Strategy and Optimization: Developing HR strategy, optimizing department operations, and managing its budget. Building a performance management system based on metrics and regular feedback
- Brand and Recruitment: Developing the HR brand, analyzing the labor market, and building an effective recruitment system to attract specialists who share the company's values
We expect you to have:
- At least 3 years of experience in leadership HR roles (HRD, Head of HR, Director-level HR BP)
- Proven experience in implementing HR analytics, metrics, or digital systems. Experience building an HR function from scratch or transforming it is an advantage
- Strategic thinking and the ability to link HR initiatives with business results
- Tech-savvy: proficient in Excel, understanding of basic statistics for data analysis
- Experience managing remote teams
- Excellent communication skills for working with management and owners
