Remote Consulting for HR in Kyrgyzstan's Neobank

Remote Consulting for HR in Kyrgyzstan's Neobank

Attention! Super request for an expert!

Offer for remote consulting for HR in a Kyrgyzstan neobank.

If you are an HRBP or HRD in a neobank (like Uzum, Kaspi, Revolut, and similar) and have experience with the Central Asian or Russian market, then there is a request from a major bank in Kyrgyzstan for consultations on building an HR function in a neobank.

Important:

• This is remote systemic consulting for approximately six months.
• ONLY candidates with experience in building an HR function specifically in a neobank will be considered.
• Candidates not below HRBP of a major neobank function with full P&L responsibility will be considered.
