We are ggsel, a marketplace for digital goods: games, software, subscriptions, and much more.

Since 2017, we’ve been helping clients find and buy everything related to gaming content, software, and digital services. Over the past year, we’ve grown 6.5 times and aim to become leaders in digital commerce, as well as expand internationally.

The product is on the verge of major changes, we are assembling a strong team — guys from Dodo, Yandex.Market, Samokat, and Avito are already with us. We are energized to rethink the digital goods market and invite you to join this challenge.

What you will be doing:

• Working with development, product, and project teams;
• Conducting welcome meetings;
• Regularly meeting with employees 1-on-1, helping to resolve conflicts, giving feedback, and answering any work-related questions;
• Participating in Performance Reviews — collecting and structuring feedback, preparing data for managers, conducting final meetings with employees based on the assessment results;
• Assisting in organizing and conducting meetings on the results of the probation period;
• Maintaining order in the employee database and reports;
• Building trusting communication with line employees and leads;
• Conducting online team building events;
• Maintaining positive and transparent communication in work chats;
• Full cycle of work with foreign employees (active growth of the international direction).

What we expect from you:

• Experience of at least 1 year — preferably in IT;
• Skill in conducting 1-on-1 and regular meetings;
• Understanding of the Performance Review process;
• Willingness to learn and develop;
• Empathy and tact;
• English language B2-C1;
• Experience in Offboarding.
