HRG (HRD) as a Sole Practitioner

📍 Remote from anywhere in Russia and CIS | FMCG | Over 5 years on the market, turnover over 2 billion | headcount up to 50 people | Salary 300-500 thousand rubles net (negotiable)

IMPORTANT: — Mandatory experience working as a sole practitioner in small companies (up to 100 people) as HRG / HRD for at least 2 years — Mandatory experience working in companies selling products through MARKETPLACES — Work in a business with a fast sales cycle and product logic — e-commerce, FMCG, retail, D2C brands, fintech, edtech

▪️ Task: Conduct process audit, hire department heads, build HR from scratch and all HR processes

HR reports directly to two owners and prospectively to the CEO

Classic full HR functionality (independent recruitment of top managers, HR policies, procedures, and processes are important). Experience in automation, implementation of new technologies is important. An energetic, initiative-taking, structured HRG is needed, capable of "rebuilding" the team, uniting, rallying, motivating, and creating a new corporate culture. Participation in conferences, podcasts, a wide range of contacts in different industries and communities, communicative, a rebel, able to argue with numbers, initiate new tasks, able to take responsibility for decisions made.
