SberMarketing advertising group is looking for an Director of Artificial Intelligence.

What you will do:

• Develop and implement an AI-driven digital transformation strategy: from technology selection to planning stages, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage projects for integrating AI into business processes: task setting, quality control, coordination of teams and contractors.
• Provide operational management for the design and implementation of digital products with AI components, considering bank requirements and user expectations.
• Develop the corporate IT infrastructure and platforms to support large-scale AI initiatives.
• Select and implement optimal technological solutions in the field of artificial intelligence.

We expect you to have:

• Higher education
• At least 5 years of experience in leadership positions in digital product management.
• Deep understanding of modern AI technologies, experience in implementing and scaling AI solutions.
• Successful experience in digital transformation of business processes.
• Strategic planning, project management, and budget management skills.
• Strong managerial and leadership qualities, experience in building and developing teams.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work in cross-functional teams.
