Product:
Mar-tech Add tech Platform.
Internal service for business teams to launch hypotheses, marketing campaigns, create creatives, predictive analytics, personalized offers, and reporting.
Tasks:
- Launch of the MVP.
- Product launch.
Goals:
- Reduce TTM.
- Increase NPV/LTV.
Responsibilities:
- Project launch. Formulate the Definition of Done, determine and approve deadlines, define the list of performers, customers, and stakeholders.
- Development of the project MVP, building the roadmap and all related artifacts.
- Organization of interaction between multiple teams.
- Description of business processes for users.
- Assessment of the solution's value for users.
- Identification of problematic technical areas in the product and proposing solutions for their improvement.
- Knowledge of the technical issues of your service and communicating them to the business.
- Deep understanding of the service's operational process.
Requirements:
- Excellent technical knowledge of project management.
- Expert level proficiency in Jira, Figma.
- Expert level in writing User Stories, Specifications, Algorithms, Interaction Schemes, Road Map.
- Risk and priority management skills.
- Experience managing a development team.
- System analysis.
- Numerical analysis (basic SQL).
Preferred:
- Understanding of marketing and digital communication services.
- Work with interface solutions, AI agents.
