Sber is looking for a Senior Product Owner/Manager for the "Auto" division.
We are building a platform for the entire car owner lifecycle — from purchasing a car to daily ownership scenarios. Our goal is to make car ownership simpler, more convenient, and more profitable for millions of clients, and to turn automotive scenarios into one of the drivers of retention and LTV growth within the ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the "Auto" section as an ecosystem product, shape the strategy and services on key platforms (sbol, 2gis), and establish the car's object model as a digital profile and entry point for customer scenarios.
- Identify and launch killer features: pinpoint key pain points for car owners and transform them into strong solutions; launch wow-scenarios that radically simplify life; test hypotheses for new services and business models.
- Manage the product through metrics and economics: be responsible for MAU, retention, activation, GMV, unit economics, LTV, CSI/NPS; build funnels and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage the product backlog and priorities, collaborate with the development team, and assess the business impact of all product changes implemented.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner / Senior Product Manager in B2C.
- Experience developing digital products with a large audience.
- Strong product thinking and focus on business results.
- Ability to work with data, metrics, and unit economics.
- Experience launching new products or major features.
- Skill in independent decision-making and prioritization.
Will be a plus:
- Experience developing high-frequency services.
- Experience working with AI tools.
