Product Marketing / Product Manager (Cross-Service)
We are looking for a Head of Cross-Service for Sber's ecosystem and Prime subscription, who will ensure a seamless customer experience and engagement with the ecosystem's services and subscription.

Responsibilities
- Increasing the number of users who use Sber's non-financial ecosystem services through internal tools and ecosystem inventory
- Searching, testing, and scaling hypotheses for engaging users from one service to another
- Designing and launching cross-service customer journeys and product integrations
- Responsibility for engaging Prime subscribers in the use of services and privileges included in the subscription
- Building and developing existing cross-service engagement tools - gamification, working with advertising placements.
Requirements
- Higher education
- 3+ years of experience as Product Lead/CPO in a bank, fintech, or big tech company
- Successful experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience in building interaction between various product business units of the ecosystem
- Experience working with data-driven products and personalization
- Understanding of ecosystem economics and LTV models
- Understanding of CJM, CX, product analytics.
