T-Bank (ex. Tinkoff) is looking for a CTO for the Customer Service Platform.
The Customer Service Platform integrates and develops data, technologies, processes, and their usage experience. What the platform does:
- Increases the flexibility and quality of user service
- Strengthens customer loyalty by promptly responding to their issues

- Creates a competitive advantage for the company in the market
Goals for the next few years:
- Most customer issues are resolved on the first contact — without unnecessary clarification, quickly and conveniently
- We enable support for any product and company segment in a matter of days — with a unified quality standard
- Support employees focus on the most complex cases — everything else is handled by AI agents
You will manage teams of over 270 people.
Responsibilities:
- Bring Service Platform projects to production, achieve business goals
- Formulate IT strategy and define the target architecture for service technologies
- Maintain high reliability and stable platform quality at all levels
- Implement artificial intelligence technologies
Requirements:
- You have experience as a CTO of a team of 100+ people
- Managed technology platforms
- Developed backend applications, designed distributed systems
- Created applications based on LLM
