We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer for the Investments and Premium Service tribe at MTS Bank.
MTS Bank is one of the key initiatives of the MTS ecosystem. They use modern digital solutions and develop technological banking services accessible to everyone.
What's important:
- Experience managing large distributed IT teams as CTO, Technical Director, or Development Director
- Experience with highload 24/7 systems critical for reliability, performance, and scalability
- Experience in forming and implementing a technological strategy — from architecture to organizational changes
- Deep understanding of modern stacks, microservice architecture, DevOps practices, data, and integrations
- Strong leadership and management competencies, ability to build processes and develop teams
- Engineering background in development or system analysis. It's important to be able to speak the same language as the team, understand technological limitations, and rely on practical experience when choosing architecture
- Experience in investments, brokerage services, WealthTech, or premium digital services will be a plus
You will:
- Form and implement the technological strategy for the tribe in the areas of investment services, brokerage services, savings products, and Wealth Management
- Develop the tribe's architecture and platforms, improving reliability, scalability, performance, and integration quality
- Manage distributed development and operations teams through technical leaders
- Ensure the delivery of key technological initiatives and predictability of delivery
- Act as a technological partner for business and related functions
- Develop engineering culture, DevOps/SRE practices, and technological standards
- Conduct technological and organizational transformations of teams and processes
