We have an opening for a Team Lead, Development, who will lead the project from idea to commercial operation and simultaneously form and develop the team.
What you will be doing:
- People management: hiring, onboarding, goal setting, regular 1:1s, employee motivation and development;
- Building processes within the team;
- Forming and maintaining team culture: training, mentoring, conflict resolution, increasing engagement and retaining key specialists;
- Communicating with business stakeholders and development teams in the same language, ensuring transparency of goals and expectations;
- Planning and controlling deadlines, risks, and quality to ensure agreements with the business are met;
- Describing and decomposing tasks in Jira, prioritizing according to business goals;
- Preparing project reports, metrics, and statuses for stakeholders.
- Participating in internal meetings and proactively improving team processes.
Our candidate:
- Has experience in project management in web development and experience in managing a development team;
- Is ready to deeply understand business tasks, process building, and metrics;
- Is constantly aware of the current project situation and is responsible for maintaining it;
- Can and loves communicating with people — this is a key competence: the ability to mentor, give constructive feedback, resolve conflicts, and motivate;
- Has experience conducting 1:1s, evaluating results, and developing employee development plans;
- Understands Agile approaches and flexible development methodologies.
- Can write and structure thoughts competently, maintains clear documentation;
- Is attentive to details and can see the root causes of problems in small things.
Technical aspects required:
- PM experience in web development;
- Rest, API, Front-end, Back-end, PHP — are not just a set of letters to you;
- Kanban.
