We are looking for a Head of 1C UMFO Group to work in a fully remote format.

What you will be doing:
- Communicating with business stakeholders and development teams in the same language, ensuring transparency of goals and expectations;
- Planning and controlling deadlines, risks, and quality to ensure fulfillment of agreements with the business;
- Describing and decomposing tasks in Jira, prioritizing according to business goals;
- Preparing project reports, metrics, and statuses for stakeholders;
- Personnel management: hiring, onboarding, setting goals, regular 1:1s, motivating and developing employees;
- Building and maintaining team culture: training, mentoring, conflict resolution, increasing engagement and retaining key specialists;
- Participating in internal meetings and proactively improving team processes.
What we are looking for in you:
- Experience managing a 1C development team;
- Willingness to deeply understand business tasks;
- Staying constantly informed about the current project status and taking responsibility for maintaining it;
- Ability and willingness to communicate with people - this is a key competence: the ability to mentor, give constructive feedback, resolve conflicts, and motivate;
- Experience conducting 1:1s, performance reviews, and developing employee development plans;
- Understanding of Agile approaches and flexible development methodologies.
- Ability to write and structure thoughts clearly, maintaining understandable documentation;
- Attention to detail and the ability to see the root causes of problems in small things.
Technical requirements:
- Confident knowledge of the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform (managed forms, queries, SCC, scheduled/background jobs, managed locks) and ability to review team BSL code;
- Experience in developing and supporting configuration extensions (CFE): inheritance, interceptors &Before / &After / &ChangeAndControl, update risks;
- Understanding of the Microfinance Organization / Loan Provision domain (or ability to quickly get into it): financial products; issuance / repayment / extension / grace periods; off-balance sheet items; period closing;
- Experience with 1C integrations: HTTP/REST, exchange queues, background/multithreaded processing;
- Desirable experience with Kafka (contracts, handlers) and reading data from PostgreSQL replicas;
- Familiarity with the UMFO ecosystem: accounting/settlement system; payment agents; 1C judicial proceedings (court orders, state duty, assignment); DirectBank; DWH;
- Understanding of operation loading and reconciliation: discrepancies in 1C - billing / registers, alerts on queues and duplicates;
- Knowledge of Accounting / supervisory reporting at the quality control level: reserves (RO / RVPZ), portfolios, interest, PDN, discrepancy reports;
- Ability to analyze the performance of heavy queries to external databases / replicas and stability of scheduled jobs;
- Knowledge of BSP and secure customization practices; experience with Git (XML export / repository / MR);
- Plus: GitLab CI, SonarQube, unit tests (YAxUnit);
- Ability to document technical solutions: event contracts, mappings, "as is / to be" descriptions, acceptance criteria.
For data consistency reconciliation, you will need to oversee the department's work:
- Monthly / daily control of 1C:UMFO consistency with external sources (billing, accounting system, payment agent registers, Legal) as a regular operational process;
- Discrepancies by segments: issuances and repayments, products, personal data, assignment / SIP / GP, OD and %%, PDN, RO discrepancies between BU and OU;
- Maintaining the month-end closing rhythm: prioritizing urgent reconciliations, package control, escalation to related systems.
