We, the LoanPricing team, price loans at fair value so that the Bank correctly assesses risks and forms reserves.
We use C# and .NET Core, PostgreSQL, Kafka, OpenShift, Istio.
Our system includes:
- Pricing engine (fair value assessment of financial instruments)
- Analytical storage (PostgreSQL analog)
- User interface (React)
- Integration wrapper with internal bank services
Responsibilities
- Jointly with the Product Owner, be responsible for the result, participate in task estimation, and control the quality and deadlines of completed enhancements.
- Develop products and infrastructure on the .NET Core platform, including in a cloud environment, as a Senior Developer (up to 50% of the time): code reviews, complex sections, prototypes of architectural solutions.
- Automate deployment and monitoring processes in the cloud: OpenShift, Istio, Kafka.
- Update the solution architecture of the project: decompose modules, eliminate legacy code, improve fault tolerance.
- Formulate the technology development strategy for the system.
- Interact with other roles (testers, analysts, architects, and managers) within and outside the team.
- Develop the technical skills of team members, interview and mentor newcomers.
Requirements
- Team Lead experience of 3+ years in industrial C# / .NET development.
- Skills in managing the delivery process: planning, prioritization, execution control.
- Knowledge of how to build microservices, how to orchestrate services in cloud environments.
- Experience in refactoring and stabilizing complex systems.
- Experience in infrastructure automation to ensure smooth operation in the cloud (K8s).
- Desire to delve into financial mathematics.
Will be a plus:
- Skill in working with generative AI models, experience in creating AI agents and using them in work.
- Experience in designing or supporting financial / pricing / risk systems.
- Knowledge of IFRS 9, fair value / amortized cost models.
- Experience working with high-reliability systems (financial sector, telecom).
- Experience managing a distributed team.
