What you'll be doing:
- Technical leadership in the development team and organization of the product team's work;
- Implementing integrations on the tech platform (PlatformEco, Gravitee);
- Implementing agents on the AI platform;
- Integrating agents into the company's IT landscape;
- Implementing AI components into the agent portal;
- Forming the roadmap, prioritizing the backlog, and managing the product lifecycle.
What we expect from you:
- Experience in technical leadership of a development team in C# / .NET Core;
- Understanding of service design principles, code reviews, and maintaining development standards;
- Deep understanding of Agile / Scrum / Kanban and experience adapting them for large organizations (implementation, process optimization);
- Skills in roadmap formation, backlog prioritization, and product lifecycle management;
- Understanding of corporate integration architecture and API management;
- Experience in designing and implementing integrations between heterogeneous systems;
- Current understanding of Generative AI and LLMs;
- Experience with the concept of AI agents: architecture, use cases, limitations, and risks;
Bonus points:
- Experience developing with scripting languages: Node.js / Python;
- Basic knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases, and prompt engineering.
