What you will do: · Develop platform components end-to-end · Gather requirements, build data models, and describe calculation methodologies · Communicate directly with end-users · Design architecture and defend your solutions · Deeply apply Claude Code and Cursor as agentic tools, not just a chat · Conduct code reviews, technical discussions, and foster engineering culture

What is important: · 5+ years of commercial development of complex DWH/BI systems · Strong skills in: C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Angular, AI tools · Real experience with Claude Code: setting up CLAUDE.md, structured prompts, code base analysis, generation of production-ready code, refactoring, tests, pull requests, and security auditing · Understanding of LLM limitations and ability to build a secure HITL process
