We are building a business analytics platform and enhancing it with artificial intelligence capabilities: natural language, smart suggestions, AI assistants. ❗️We are looking for an engineer with experience in integrating AI into development and end-to-end development skills with Claude Code

🌍 Work format: remote, Russian Federation, Moscow time zone 💸 Salary: willing to discuss your expectations individually if you have serious experience with Claude Code Corporate subscriptions to AI tools

➡️ Responsibilities: End-to-end approach: you will own tasks completely, from idea to production. · Develop platform components end-to-end · Gather requirements, build data models, and describe calculation methodologies · Communicate directly with end-users · Design architecture and defend your solutions · Deeply apply Claude Code and Cursor as agentic tools, not just a chat · Conduct code reviews, technical discussions, and foster engineering culture

➡️ Requirements: · 5+ years of commercial development experience with complex systems · Proficient skills: C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Angular, AI tools · Real-world experience with Claude Code: configuring CLAUDE.md, structured prompts, codebase analysis, generating production-ready code, refactoring, tests, pull requests, and security audits · Understanding of LLM limitations and ability to establish a secure HITL process

As a plus, but not critical: experience with DWH/BI
