6+ years in commercial development with C#/.NET, including 3+ years in a Lead/Principal or similar role.
Architecture of .NET solutions on k8s: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana or similar).
Brokers and Databases: RabbitMQ (MassTransit/Saga - a plus), PostgreSQL/MSSQL in a cluster (replication, sharding, tuning).
Agile/Scrum: experience in process and team restructuring, working with product, roadmap, efficiency metrics.
AI integrations in backend: real-world projects implementing LLM/ML, predictive analytics, RAG, agents, orchestration (Semantic Kernel / similar), working with context, tokens, latency, and security.
