Key requirements: • Experience working at VTB Bank • Expert C#, .NET 6+, Async, LINQ, Memory/GC • Distributed systems design: CQRS, Saga, API Gateway, Pub-Sub, Event-Driven Architecture • Resilience implementation: Idempotency (Outbox/Inbox), Circuit Breaker (Polly) • Apache Kafka: topics, partitions, delivery guarantees (At-Least-Once / Exactly-Once), Consumer Groups, Retry/DLQ, Schema Registry • PostgreSQL: EXPLAIN ANALYZE, index optimization, MVCC, EF Core / Dapper • Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry • Strict adherence to SOLID, KISS, YAGNI; conducting thorough Code Review
