What you will do:
- Participate in service design and propose local improvements to architecture and code.
- Develop and maintain microservice components within the overall product architecture.
- Integrate services with internal bank systems and external APIs.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure the quality of solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, establish and maintain unified development standards within the team.
- Decompose, estimate, and distribute tasks based on the technical specification.
- Maintain the relevance of the project's technical documentation.

- for Lead position: manage the development team, design the service architecture in collaboration with teams responsible for internal bank systems (Core Banking System, Scoring, Customer Data Platform, etc.)
Requirements:
- Experience implementing projects within the .NET framework
- 5+ years of backend development specifically in C# (preferably in banking)
- Experience in technical leadership and management of development processes (❗required for Lead level)
- Experience working with Docker
- A big plus if you have experience setting up a migration from monolith to microservices (the bank itself is a monolith and BNPL is a separate set of microservices) or experience developing BNPL.
Conditions:
- Location is not important, fully remote collaboration format
- Schedule 9-18 or 8-17 Moscow time
- Employment via IP (any IP, except IP from Russia or Belarus)
- Payments in dollars, the offered salary is before tax deductions and depends on the results of the technical interview.
