AI writes it from your resume. You only have to send it.
Project: Loyalty System
❗️ Experience with AI is very much needed.
✅ Mandatory Requirements
Proficient C# skills: types and their memory layout, generics, LINQ, async/await and the asynchronous model, exception handling, IDisposable and resource management.
Understanding of the .NET platform: CLR internals, garbage collection and its generations, differences between .NET Framework and .NET (Core), understanding application publishing and startup.
Multithreading on a practical level: understanding races and deadlocks, thread-safe collections.
Experience in creating REST API on .NET: resource and method design, response codes, versioning, input data validation, error handling through a unified contract.
Experience in creating Background Services: IHostedService/BackgroundService, scheduled tasks, queue processing, graceful shutdown, operation idempotency and protection against duplicate processing.
Understanding of application configuration (IConfiguration, environment variables, settings sections) and logging (structured logs, levels, request correlation).
Understanding and experience with relational databases (MS SQL and/or PostgreSQL): writing and optimizing queries, indexes, execution plans, transactions and isolation levels, handling locks.
Experience with non-relational databases (MongoDB): document modeling, indexes, understanding when a document model is more appropriate than a relational one.
Experience with ORMs — Dapper or Entity Framework: understanding generated SQL, change tracking, the N+1 problem and ways to avoid it, schema migrations.
Skills in diagnosing errors and local debugging of C# and SQL code: working with the debugger, reading stack traces, analyzing logs, reproducing defects based on support descriptions.
Understanding of SOLID principles and striving to write clean and maintainable code: meaningful names, small classes and methods, separation of business logic from infrastructure.
Experience working in a development team for at least a year: working on tasks in a tracker, participating in code reviews, interacting with analysts and testers.
Readiness to decompose tasks and provide realistic effort estimates.
✅ Requirements for using LLM and AI Tools
Practical experience with AI development assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar) for code generation, refactoring, writing tests, and analyzing unfamiliar legacy code sections.
Critical attitude towards generated code: the developer bears full responsibility for what they commit.
Strict adherence to information security rules when working with external models.
Ability to formulate tasks for the model: provide context, constraints, and acceptance criteria.
Understanding the limits of applicability.
Understanding prompt engineering at an applied level: system prompts, few-shot examples, obtaining structured responses (JSON / function calling) and validating them on the application side.
Understanding operational limitations: controlling token consumption and costs, request limits, response caching.
Awareness of risks: model hallucinations, inadmissibility of blind trust in its output for financially significant operations, the need to log requests and responses for subsequent analysis, protection against prompt injection in user input.
✅ Will be a plus
Experience with ASP.NET Core: WebAPI, middleware pipeline, built-in IoC container and dependency registration with different lifetimes, Swagger/OpenAPI generation and configuration.
Experience with API testing tools: Postman, SoapUI, REST Client, or similar; ability to create request collections to test features.
Experience with message brokers — RabbitMQ or Kafka: message routing, delivery guarantees, error and retry handling, working with dead-letter queues.
Experience with collaborative development tools: Git as a version control system (branching, conflict resolution, meaningful commits), Redmine for task management, TeamCity for CI/CD.
Experience with Docker and understanding how an application gets into a container and is deployed to an environment.
Basic understanding of frontend (JavaScript, working with browser developer tools) — sufficient for diagnosing interface issues.
Experience with loyalty systems, billing, processing, or other subject areas with high accuracy requirements.
If you are ready to work under an outstaff model and fit the description, feel free to apply. I also note that employment is through an individual entrepreneur (if you don't have one, you need to be willing to open one).
