Hello! My name is Vera, I am the founder and CPO of PromoOS. In short: who we are, where we are now, who I am looking for, and where we are going.

Who we are

PromoOS is a platform for automating content marketing and promotion: it covers the entire cycle for an entrepreneur, from content strategy to ready-made materials and their publication, as well as advertising, blogger integrations, and much more.

I came to the product from business — I managed companies and consulted them, and I am building PromoOS to my own quality standard. The demand is real: people to whom I show the product react with strong interest and await the launch.

Our current task is to complete and launch; the plans for functionality are ambitious.

Where we are now

We are in the finalization and launch preparation stage. A lot has been done, but the product has not had a CTO, and lacked the expertise to consolidate development into a single system. Therefore, I am looking for someone who will make development precise and systematic, something that can be relied upon.

I myself write prompts and define the architecture and logic of the product. I need a support on the code side — a person who foresees and closes risks in advance, rather than putting out fires after the fact or treating the work carelessly.

Technology stack:

1. Backend: C# / .NET 10, ASP.NET Core Minimal API, EF Core + PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Docker. Separate generation service. Core — AI pipeline (text, image, and video generation through external AI models via API). Plus integrations for posting to social networks (separate APIs, not AI), file storage, and service features: dictation, text overlay on images, image cropping.
2. Frontend: mostly ready. I am currently overseeing it — but I am ready to hand over the technical part to you if you take it.

Who I am looking for

An active technical leader: one who writes code and designs architecture (60-70%) and leads development (30-40%), evaluates and builds the team, and maintains standards. Someone who takes 100% responsibility for the code working flawlessly and not requiring re-checking on our part.

I have a high level of demandingness towards myself and the product. I am looking for the same: a person who enjoys the beauty of their craft, not just closing tasks, to be proud of what we do together.

The format is flexible: by yourself, with the help of the team, or through AI tools (Claude Code) — in any proportion. There are in-house and outsourced developers, but any effective configuration is acceptable — however you assemble it, it will be so, as long as it works.

This vacancy is for you if:

1. You have 5+ years of experience with C# / .NET, confident with EF Core, PostgreSQL, Docker.
2. You have a tech lead / architect / CTO role experience in a product team and experience building a team.
3. You have real code review, testing, and security (JWT/OAuth, OWASP) experience.
4. You have experience with API integrations and pipeline design; working with AI via API is a plus.
5. You have worked with Claude Code / AI development assistants — meaning you know how to use tools to increase efficiency, not reject them by default.

What you will do

1. Assess the current state of the tech department.
2. Understand what needs to be improved, with what resources, and in what order.
3. Implement engineering hygiene.
4. Establish processes that are currently lacking: code reviews, testing, CI/CD, standards.
5. Take responsibility for architecture and security — secure the perimeter, organize secrets and access.
6. Develop the AI pipeline: integrations with models via API, generation queues, fault tolerance, cost control.
7. Build a team under your leadership (in-house + outsourced) together with HR — hire, manage, control quality.

Main results of your work

1. The code works flawlessly and requires no re-checking from us — this is the main guarantee.
2. Processes (reviews, tests, CI) are set up so that quality is maintained on its own, without manual control from the founders.
3. The team is assembled and delivers verified results on time.

Work conditions

• Salary: net amount — from 300,000 to 500,000 ₽
• Format: fully remote (CIS / RF), flexible schedule, within a working window (negotiable).
• Employment: contract / individual entrepreneur / self-employed — as it is convenient for you.
• After the probation period, we discuss stock options.
