Responsibilities include: a team of analysts, developers, and testers, product development, architectural solutions, backlog management, and release organization. ✅Responsibilities

• Coordinate the team's work: system analysts, developers, testers • Plan and prioritize the backlog, estimate timelines, and distribute tasks • Control the work of related IT teams: DevOps, DevSecOps, architects, performance testing • Be responsible for the quality and results of the team's work • Organize work according to Scrum and control production processes • Review the quality of BRD and FSD, participate in the approval of FT, UI/UX, and NFT • If necessary, assist with tasks in the role of a system analyst • Participate in the implementation, support, and development of the product • Maintain architectural artifacts and participate in solution design • Organize timely release of updates • Participate in the analysis and resolution of critical production defects within the 3rd line of support • Conduct demonstrations of results to clients

⚡️Requirements

• From 3 years of experience as a product team lead (SA + DEV + QA + DEVOPS) • Experience managing system analysts and technical teams • Experience in estimating timelines, decomposition, and task assignment • Understanding of the full IT systems lifecycle: development, implementation, support, and evolution • Ability to model processes, functions, data structures, interfaces, and algorithms • BPMN, UML • Experience with cross-system integrations: REST API, SOAP, message queues • Knowledge of JSON/XML • Understanding of OOP • Understanding of SOA, microservices architectural approaches and their specifics • General understanding of CI/CD and DevOps principles • Strong soft skills and people management experience • Ability to build communication with stakeholders and defend technical positions • Experience conducting meetings and handling objections • Ability to estimate tasks and adhere to agreed-upon deadlines
